The 2014 Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Across Second Life (MSABC) season is in full swing! We would like to invite you to get involved with this inspiring and moving event in Second Life!

You can get involved by becoming a member of the Pink Club and being one of our sponsors for the 2014 season. Our sponsorship page details our sponsorship packages. You can also get involved as an individual, business, organization, or group in Second Life. Click here to request fundraising tools for the 2014 MSABC in SL and one of our friendly planning committee members will send you the fundraising tools in Second Life!

Lastly we would like to invite all breast cancer survivors and caregivers to register for the 2014 MSABC in SL Season. Please register so that we can keep you up to date with Strides activities and so that you can receive the special 2014 breast cancer survivor and caregiver packet. Committee Event: Think Pink Week!

Think Pink Week (In Honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month)

October 1, 2014 is the start of Breast Cancer Awareness Month! In honor of this occasion, the 2014 Making Strides Against Breast Cancer in Second Life (MSABC In SL) committee invites you to “think pink”.

From October 1 to 8, 2014 avatars in Second Life will spread the message of pink throughout the grid, in order to raise awareness about breast cancer.

Yesterday was the very first Making Strides Breast Cancer Survivor & Caregiver Ball ever in Second Life! The Avilion Ballroom generously hosted this event. The two hour event featured many breast cancer survivors and caregivers being honored. 2 hours of 1980’s tunes were provided by DJ John!

On Sunday, September 28, 2014,  (from 1pm to 3pm slt), join us as we honor breast cancer survivors and caregivers at a special ball! Attire is formal, with pink being optional but certainly welcome! Music by DJ John. While this event is for breast cancer survivors and caregivers, everyone is welcome to join in the celebration and to honor breast cancer survivors and caregivers.
